Senator Thomas moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as                                                                 
a cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 176 "An Act exempting sand and                                                                   
gravel and marketable earth mining operations from the mining license                                                           
tax; and providing for an effective date." Without objection, it was so                                                         
ordered.
